HOUSE RULES FOR YOUR STAY To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following house rules: 1. No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee. 2. No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes upon entering the home to maintain cleanliness and comfort. 3. No Parties or Gatherings: Parties, events, or celebrations of any kind are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. 4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 5. Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 pets. The platform only charges for one pet, so an additional pet fee will be charged manually. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing two pets. 6. Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: Any stay longer than 20 nights will be subject to an additional $50 deep cleaning fee to maintain the property’s cleanliness and upkeep. 7. Undisclosed Guests: Any guest not included in the reservation will incur a charge of $45 per person per night. Please ensure all guests are properly listed in your booking. 8. Extra Guest Fee: If your group exceeds 16 guests, there is an additional charge of $15 per guest per night. A separate payment request will be sent after your booking is confirmed and all extra guests are disclosed. 9. Upon departure, if our team reports smells of either cigarettes, weed, vape or similar, there will be a charge of $800 in order to rent the machines to remove the odor. 10. If any furniture is move during your stay, please make sure to put it back to its original place, otherwise there will be a minimum charge of $250 for furniture rearranging. 11. We are not responsible for mail, and we do not allow mail to be sent to the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Failure to comply with all of the above may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay.
